“Shams” Welcomes Mohammed Al-Mansour and Mohammed Yassin to Explore Dramatic Production Collaboration
Sharjah – 15 December: Sharjah Media City (Shams) welcomed renowned Kuwaiti actor Mohammed Al-Mansour and acclaimed actor Mohammed Yassin during an official visit aimed at strengthening joint cooperation in the fields of drama and dramatic production, and exploring future partnership opportunities in major media projects hosted by the Emirate of Sharjah.
The visit included a series of in-depth meetings, during which avenues of cooperation were discussed within the upcoming Shams Studios project, along with a review of the latest technical and logistical developments related to the initiative. The project is regarded as one of the region’s most prominent strategic initiatives supporting the drama and film content industry, and aims to provide an integrated infrastructure that meets the needs of producers and content creators.
During the visit, the guests were also briefed on Sharjah Media City’s vision for supporting the dramatic production sector and fostering an attractive environment for Arab creatives and artists, contributing to the development of high-quality dramatic works capable of competing at both regional and international levels.
As part of its strategy to attract distinguished creatives in the fields of drama and dramatic production, Sharjah Media City (Shams) granted commercial licenses to the visiting actors, reflecting its commitment to empowering artists and content creators and facilitating the establishment of their production ventures within an integrated, innovation-driven media ecosystem.
Shams affirmed that this initiative aligns with its broader strategy to support dramatic and creative content production, and to build high-quality partnerships with leading Arab artists, reinforcing Sharjah’s position as a leading regional hub for media and creative content production.
