Strategic Partnership Between “Shams” and “Zoho” to Support Digital Transformation in Entrepreneurship

In a strategic move to enhance digital transformation and support startups in the UAE, Sharjah Media City (Shams) announced a new partnership with Zoho, the global leader in technology solutions. The partnership, established through “Mazeed,” the value-added services arm of Shams, aims to provide entrepreneurs and SMEs within the Shams ecosystem with advanced enterprise-level digital tools.
Under this agreement, companies registered in Shams will receive exclusive access to a comprehensive suite of Zoho’s cloud-based applications, including solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), finance, human resources, marketing, collaboration, and more. These tools are designed to enhance operational efficiency, boost productivity, and accelerate business growth.
The partnership also includes tailored support programs designed to facilitate seamless digital adoption and maximize the benefits of Zoho’s solutions, in alignment with the UAE’s digital transformation agenda and its vision of strengthening a knowledge-based economy.
