Adopting Best Practices: COVID–19

In light of the continuing spread of COVID-19, Shams has stepped up to take active measures to safeguard the well-being of its staff and clients. We will have our offices fully operational from Sunday to Thursday to ensure the delivery of key mandates and provide unimpeded customer service to clients.

In line with the UAE Government’s announcements and the precautionary measures advised by the Ministry of Health, Shams has taken active measures to ensure the well-being and safety of all our clients and employees.

We would like to offer our extensive assistance and guidance during this period to ensure a seamless process for any of the ongoing applications, queries and requests.

We have implemented a number of internal policies to this end, including mandating that many of our employees to work from home. This, however, hasn’t disrupted our operations as all departments continue to function normally and we continue to deliver all services to our clients as usual.

Please also note that all our employees are adhering to the highest level of hygiene and sanitation guidelines and furthermore all our offices and company vehicles have been professionally sanitised and disinfected in our order to minimise the risk for all our clients and employees.

In the interest of your safety Shams office will remain closed and you can get in touch with the representatives online and through phone calls only. Sun-Thu 8am till 4pm. We have made various arrangements which allow you to avail our services remotely.

Payment Processes
You can simplify your payment process as we also offer various payment options for our services as per your convenience, be it credit card payments, online transfers or a cash/cheque deposit at any Sharjah Islamic Bank branch/cash deposit machine.
