7 Global ISO Certifications Reinforce Shams’ Leadership in the Media Sector
Sharjah 2nd April 2026: In a new achievement that reflects its ongoing commitment to the highest international standards, Sharjah Media City (Shams) and Shams Customer Experience Services have announced that they have obtained seven global ISO certifications, covering quality management, environmental management, information security, IT service management, customer satisfaction, and institutional compliance.
Sharjah Media City (Shams) continues to maintain its portfolio of ISO certifications, reaffirming its commitment to implementing international best practices and enhancing the quality of its institutional services.
Sharjah Media City (Shams) has recently been awarded the ISO 14001:2015 certification for Environmental Management Systems, covering licensing activities and administrative support for media and creative industry companies, as well as training programs in media and creative fields. This achievement underscores Shams’ commitment to adopting best environmental practices and promoting institutional sustainability.
As part of its continuous efforts to enhance customer experience, Shams Customer Experience Services has obtained a number of specialized international certifications covering quality management systems, information security, IT service management, customer satisfaction measurement, complaint handling, and operational compliance. These certifications further enhance service efficiency and ensure the highest levels of security and reliability in line with global best practices.
