A smart business owner doesn’t fail to heed how much youngsters can produce, rather they invest in them. 

Make your business self-sufficient – It’s difficult for hard workers to grasp the fact that at a certain point, they should almost entirely leave work to look after themselves. Say you are sixty years old, it’s a good chance you have been working for the last forty years. Now it’s time for a long vacation where you can just relax, connect to your families and friends more often. You might spend the 9 hours you used to daily spend at work reading or listening to music, or maybe just sitting at the beach looking at people enjoying their time.
